Alexa is a highly skilled real estate professional with expertise in buyer and seller representation, contract negotiation, new business development, and off-market deal sourcing. She possesses a deep understanding of the commercial real estate industry and a proven track record of delivering exceptional results for her clients. Alexa is known for her strategic approach, attention to detail, and ability to navigate complex transactions.

As a co-founder of Well Rooted Real Estate, she played a key role in mergers and acquisitions, commercial leasing, and contract negotiation in the cannabis industry. Additionally, she served as an acquisition specialist, gaining expertise in commercial real estate acquisition and customer relationship management. Alexa’s passion for the industry led her to establish Bison Enterprises, where she excelled in new business development, commercial real estate, and investments.

Anthony J Pellegrino III

Anthony specializes in commercial and investment real estate at StonePoint CRE. With a passion for building new and elevating existing relationships, Anthony has helped grow portfolios, lease vacancies, steer profitable dispositions, facilitate 1031 exchanges, and oversee several redevelopments. Anthony has established himself as a trusted advisor for both local and national clientele.

At his previous Senior role at P.A. Commercial, Anthony continued to excel in his specializations, disposing of long-term family assets and operating businesses, senior housing, multi-family trades, collaborating with community partners to reinstate a higher education college charter, and consistently traded deals in his favorite asset class… industrial. His creative deal-making showcased his expertise in executing medium to large-scale assignments across various facets of commercial real estate. Anthony has a strong understanding of Government relations, zoning regulations, environmental regulations, capital structuring, and community engagement assisting him regularly throughout his processes.
